Forte Life (“I,” “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information fortelife.net collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use a calculator or analyzer and ask for a report by email, we collect the name and email address you enter so we can send it. When you book a meeting, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you provide on its form. If you email or call, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Information collected automatically
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and general device information) so we can improve it. Searches typed into the site’s search box are logged, without your name, to help us answer the questions people are asking. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs.
How we use information
- To send the reports and information you request.
- To schedule and prepare for meetings you book.
- To follow up about your questions, if you’ve asked us to.
- To improve the site and its content.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our practice (such as our email service, Brevo; Calendly; Microsoft Clarity; and Netlify), and when required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing nbutler@fortelife.net. California residents may exercise the rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act by contacting us the same way.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
